You remain responsible for the content you provide. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and publish such content.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Services & Availability

We aim to keep Identi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some Identi features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency and applicable taxes will be presented before payment where applicable.

Recurring subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, the subscription may renew automatically according to the billing arrangement presented at the time of purchase, unless cancelled or otherwise terminated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided by Identi. Cancellation may prevent future charges but does not necessarily reverse charges that have already been processed.

9. Third-Party Services

Identi may rely on third-party services for functionality such as payments, hosting, communication, analytics or other infrastructure.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

Identi and its associated software, branding, designs, interfaces, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Identi unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit Identi's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

11. Privacy

Your use of Identi is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used and handled.

12. Disclaimer

Identi is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, completely accurate, secure or free from errors or interruptions.

Identi does not independently guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy or quality of information, businesses, services or claims published by users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Identi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Identi where reasonably necessary, including when an account violates these terms, creates a security risk, engages in unlawful activity, or presents a risk to the service or other users.

You may stop using Identi at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or payment obligations.
